Great food and super friendly staff ?

Fresh ingredients, well presented, good quality of the food, factual and professional preparation that convinces, very nice staff, price performance is very expensive for Tübingen standards, but thanks to fresh cuisine and high quality workmanship and taste as well as good staff, the price is reasonable and justified. Highly recommended for a romantic meal for two.

Outstanding Italian restaurant. Ambience: upscale but free of frills. In summer the small terrace next to the restaurant is also used. The atmosphere in the restaurant suffers a little from the fact that the tables are very close together; you may not be able to avoid the conversation at the next table ... Service: Highly professional, very friendly and attentive. Food: The small menu inspires confidence - the food is freshly cooked here and not produced with prefabricated products. I can wholeheartedly recommend what I've eaten: The Funghi al Tegame, a delicacy to open. The Carrée d'Agnello is a pink delicacy that is wonderfully flavored by the herb coat. I can recommend lunch to get to know each other - for € 20-30 you can get an impression of the kitchen.

Was here twice, once at noon and once in the evening. The food itself is good and adequate for the high prices. However, like so many in this country, the restaurant suffers: the service. Customer friendliness is out of place. The restaurant is not huge, but there are only 1-2 waiters. Because of COVID19 you have to wait at the entrance, but are ignored. It is then pleasant in the seat and you can enjoy your meal. The highlight was then the payment, where I asked for card payment and the reader was brought. Then the waitress pushed for cash anyway, but then consented with rolling eyes and in the background you can hear the colleague scolding "Man, now we have to pay fees!". Something like that in a restaurant where you leave 25EUR for a lunch. I can only agree with the previous speaker in English - customers are an unnecessary torment for this restaurant. So there you get friendlier service at McDonalds. Service desert Germany.

Since you want to enjoy a nice evening with friends in the basil and are happy, but no hint at the reservation that on the same evening a larger birthday party occupied the restaurant. Well, the space on the terrace was at least not so loud, but in the course of the evening it became the "children's playground" of the birthday party and the nice wait staff did not struggle to stumble over the toys lying on the floor, where relaxed eating was required not to think there. We would have accepted this in a sports home, but not in a restaurant that was supposedly one of the better Italians in Tübingen with corresponding prices! The friendly attempt to inform the boss of our dissatisfaction before leaving the restaurant ended after only a few words that as a guest I was loudly and unequivocally told what I really wanted, we would have eaten well ..... Sorry, but once and never again, despite the sometimes very tasty dishes, there are clearly more friendly places in Tübingen and the surrounding area! In the owner's answer not a single word about his very unfriendly appearance or an apology for his shouting, that says it all ....

The food is fantastic, the best pizza bread I have ever eaten. A pistachio ice cream for kneeling and enchanting service. I highly recommend it.

The restaurant is closed on Sunday, so on a day when you would typically like to go to the restaurant. The dishes are nicely done, but in my opinion the taste does not justify the high price and small portions. The terrace is located in front of a garage and looks to me rather improvised than charming. In summary, I can not recommend the restaurant. There are better ones in Tübingen.

The food was good, but I lacked in relation to the price of quality. Since this is an upscale "Italian", little courage to season. High premium on the wines, but wide selection. A 2minus.

Here you will find delicious dishes from the Italian cuisine. On the menu are pasta, meat and fish dishes but no pizza. The service and the ambience (including the outdoor area) were very good. Not cheap but really worth the money. I was excited.

THE delicious Italian in Tübingen! Long known for listening, tried the first time, and it will not be the last. Very authentic, service as you wish, quiet, unobtrusive ... the food is true, whether fish or meat, recommended. The sauces a poem. The wine list huge and a reason to come back. So everything worth its price!

One of the most amazing Italian restaurant in town.

Caveat: The parking at the restaurant are limited, but in the area you will find something. Furthermore, it is worth to reserve, because the restaurant has a good reputation and is therefore often full. To the restaurant: The restaurant is very bright and comfortably furnished. The service was also friendly and always on site if you needed something. The food was delicious and very well prepared. Fresh ingredients cooked to the point. Only 5 stars are only because the lunch menu is very worthwhile and you get a 3 course meal for a reasonable price. If this were not so I would have to give 4 stars, but only because otherwise it would be very expensive. All in all, the price-performance ratio is therefore also the 5 stars.
